I loved the stay, the hotel was really clean, and even though they had some remodeling going on there was no dust in the rooms and no noise. The customer service was exceptional, even the lot attendant was great. They have security and a secured parking lot, which we appreciated.
It is a very nice hotel, the food is great. The only thing is there is no ramp access for the rooms around the pool. I had a 6 months baby and it was not accessible with the stroller
Beautiful building. Rooms were clean. The suite had a giant living room area closed off from the bedroom. Restaurant was a bit lacking to be considered a 4 star hotel but it's open until 12 am. Staff was very friendly. I did have a problem with the Rewards Account. I didn't receive my points for the stay.
Very comfortable room, mattress AND PILLOWS! Staff was courteous and helpful. Security in the parking lot. Wonderful breakfast buffet with all kinds of Mexican dishes, fresh juices and fruit and lovely live music! We had stayed at this hotel several years ago, and the recent renovations were done very nicely, and now the hotel has solar panels. Did not ask if pool was heated, but it looked very nice. Hotel installations and grounds are well kept. Just wishe the renovations had included a jacuzzi and smart TVs. Thank you for taking care of us during our stay!
There was a dirty band-aid in my shower, which doesn't bode much confidence in the cleanliness of the room. The prices for the buffet are expensive, but other than that, the location is great and the staff are always friendly, professional, and accomodating.
Entrance to the property was blocked. Nice room. Some confusion as to whether breakfast was included. Supper was mediocre. Will try a different hotel next time in Hermosillo. 2022 update. Enjoyed a very good evening meal at La Tinto. Good breakfast in the main restaurant.
Please. Make a mini fridge and a microwave oven default on every room. Too noisy AC unit
This hotel has everything on point. Rooms are great & what amazed me is no hotel room smell. we had stayed at very nice hotel in San Diego the week prior and when we got home everything smelled like hotel room. YUK!! The staff was nice & helpful They have 2 restaurants inside hotel. Both have great menus. We tried them both . I definitely recommend this hotel
